Unless otherwise specified at the time of placing your order, we ship orders by the best method according to our judgement. Smaller orders are usually shipped by UPS or FedEx when possible. Shipping charges are usually prepaid and added separately on the invoice. Most orders for catalog items are shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Custom solutions are usually shipped in five working days or less. In “rush” situations we will make every effort to expedite your order. A $25.00 “Rush Fee” may be charged if we cannot accommodate your order without delaying previous orders. You will be given such information when you place a rush order.

Terms of payment are Net30 for credit approved customers. Payments not received within the specified period are subject to carrying charges of 1.5% per month as permitted by law. If you are paying by credit card, we will charge your card the day your order is shipped, unless other arrangements have been made. At this time, we accept only Visa or Mastercard.

Discounts of 10% are available on case quantities of most catalog solutions. Cases are defined as: 6x1 pint, 6x1 quart, 4x1 gallon, and 4x5 gallons of any one solution. Larger discounts may be negotiated for larger quantities or through standing order contracts based on yearly requirements. Please contact us for a quotation on your specific requirements.

All of the chemicals listed herein should be handled only by qualified individuals trained in laboratory procedures and familiar with their potential hazards. These products are intended for industrial and laboratory use only and are NOT for use in diagnostic, medicinal, food, or household applications. Buyer recognizes and agrees that BIOPHARM INC. is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from use of its products, in any manner, when such use is not in accordance with instructions on the product label. Buyer agrees to indentify and hold Seller harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs of defending any action) that Seller may be asked to pay as a result of any claim of negligence, breach of implied warranty, or other theory of law, by Buyer, its officers, agents, employees, successors, assigns, and customers, whether direct or indirect, in connection with the misuse of Seller’s products, or by Buyer’s failure to perform the obligation contained herein.

We manufacture a large number of products not listed in this catalog. We are equipped to manufacture large volumes of industrial solutions and package in 55-gallon drums where desired. Please visit our Custom Product page for more information. Custom products are still subject to the Policies and Terms of Biopharm Inc.

The Department of Transportation (DOT) requires that some hazardous materials be packed and shipped per UN specifications. A HAZMAT fee will be imposed by the freight carrier on a per box or per shipment basis. This fee is included in the shipping charge on invoices. In cases where regulations require special packaging, we will advise you when the order is placed. Please be aware that shipping restrictions will vary depending on the hazardous material and/or the carrier. Shipment of hazardous materials by air may be prohibited by the DOT and/or the carrier.

No return shipments will be accepted without our prior permission and instructions. If an error was made in placing or filling your order, please advise us promptly. Most errors result from failing to specify BOTH PRODUCT NUMBER AND DESCRIPTION at the time of placing the order. No cancellations or returns will be allowed on custom order products. A restocking fee of 30% will be charged for catalog items accepted for return. No returns or claims will be allowed beyond 60 days for any reason.  

Please be aware that all refunds for cancelled orders are subject to a transaction fee of up to 4.5%. This fee is applied to cover processing charges incurred during the initial transaction and subsequent refund process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
